Holly shit ready to not ride again. Surprisingly had some boost. Period done, and single track made me motivate.

Lead out with top 3, dropped chain, caught again, and then just let them go, didn't want to chase. Didn't have it in me. Held steady 4th whole race. Just stayed consistent and focused on being smooth.

Fun way to end it.
4th place.

Really not motivated after the day before. Still feeling like no upper end. Told myself to ride my race and not kill myself trying to stay with the group - there were some tough ass 3's in the mix and it wasn't going to be worth it. hard to let people I've beat in other races go ahead, but I would work with 2 or 3 other girls and yo yo back and forth with the main group.

Then it splintered with about 20 min to go. I was with a group of 5, good group, but they were pushing at random spots and killing my legs. I pulled out, and road in solo.

Not my best race, but fuck, I did it.
14th place out of 30 + field.

Power was pretty low. we. Avg 199, and max 615.

Probably the worst short term efforts Ive had to put in. This race crushed me. Not at all up to par going in - heavy period put me in the hole, and low sleep 2 nights before.

Super high HR, and power not amazing for what I know I can do. Girls beat me that should not have beat me. lost the group about half way in, and finished solo, sucking lots of wind and pain.

Destroyed myself, but should have been able to do much better. :(

Lady cramps blow... but at least they helped me keep it as an easy spin. Just went longer because it felt better to spin than deal with cramps.

Hopefully they are gone by Friday's race.
