EZ paddle with a guy who wanted to test out the PRS. I would have ranked this a "1" for intensity, but I did 8 reps of 20" of high intensity after he left.
Felt good. Muscular endurance is starting to come back.

Spin scan mode, 2.5' w/30" RI repeating until heart rate settled out in mid 150's. 156 was the high until I jumped up a gear and then it grew into low 160's.
