That was hard towards the end. Had to go back to the flat before last lap for sugar... Legs were really burning for last 3 miles and had to stop a couple of times to ease up. Will get some energy drinks or something as water isn't cutting it!

Missed some sessions as was at home and heavy/persistant rain + didn't have much kit. Also am now ill with a cold. Bah.
