I was up early so not a great rest, but it was only once I started running that I realised I was pretty tired. Also could feel the 25km in my legs but in a good way. So plodded around, unfortunately with a few bad mistakes. Happy with a lot of the controls however, just switched off for the mistakes. GoPro video to come.

I ran from home just up and around Griffith Park, chilling bits and increasing the pace in parts, sort of like a Fartlek. Pushed it down the canal, was taxing towards the end. Not pure intervals which I had planned but still a good session.
