DNF'd

didnt go well.. i was 70mins at 9 of 26 controls and said to hell with that had some good controls but generally bad! lost bout 20mins on 5!! map very weird/ dodgy/ wrong.
had been sick all week so didnt mind DNFing Josh 108mins Conor 150mins!!

yet another failed attempt at running..

was doing intervals with hills with club before circuits.. started well but completely faded just didnt have anything left- no energy so had to stop.. didnt get to do circuits :(

no training before Munsters and hope for the best

very slow, short recovery..
cut it short cos' whole body aching! i think because of tiredness/ laziness over the last few days but really dont feel well now. think i might be sick

was supposed to go to rathfarnham for 1km x 6 intervals.. not sure now- we'll see
