10 mile long at 9:00 or better. Legs felt tired right from the start. 5-6kt headwind for initial 5 miles. Took a gu Shot at 5.5. 3-4 oz Nuun at every 2.5 miles.
Hit the wall at 7.5, had to stop and walk-- legs felt stiff, heavy, slow. Major lactic acid buildup.
Walked on and off until mile 8, then finished up. Hardest 10 miles I have yet logged. Extremely dehydrated at finish. Polished off 32 oz water.
