easy jog interspersed with walking as tailwalker at the back of the junior parkrun. more running than I expected!

running 1:01:01 [3] 11.83 km (5:09 / km) +160m 4:50 / km

steady run - trying fairly hard: not jogging but hopefully not too hard.
top road, golf course road, down almost to Cara's house, same route back
noticeable Westerly wind on way back

l pf worse than r pf today.
calves noticeable but OK
r hamstring slightly pully

not trying flat out - brain wouldn't let me.

feeling fresh to start with, but tired on the warm down. noticeable difference between l and r legs - left feeling good, r feeling tired and heavy.
r pf still bad - probably worse??

canal after school
calves feeling OK. knees feeling a bit odd but that could be from unaccustomed wearing of shorts
right pf still being really annoying at not getting better - OK when running (although maybe not for full marathon distance) but can feel it the rest of the time...

3k faster section, but not flat out

feeling really sluggish on warm up
bouncier on warm down, although legs still feeling tired and heavy

both calves OK but not brilliant - sore to the touch, didn't notice them much running but occasionally noticeable

both quads sore, from Monday

wouldn't normally log this, but feeling quite tired afterwards as though I've done something fairly tough.

Day walk in the Pentlands with Silver / Gold D of E. By the time I'd walked to the start after dropping car at the finish, I did 20+k and 600m climb, quite a lot of it on smaller paths or terrain - although terrain not as hard as it can be thanks to having had a bit of snow this year.... Carrying day-things including emergency stuff, so medium weight rucksack
