Long one on 3rock. Secondary so staying within 30 mins of home. Worked out alright though. Rough patch around the hour but had a bite of nutrigrain and was good after. Noticed the lack of core work towards the end and was struggling to keep the hips forward a bit. Nice to get out.

Then went and played boardgames all afternoon.
