goal was 3 hours, got two and a half so really happy.

Kaweka Challenge race 4:10:00 [5] ** 21.0 km (11:54 / km)

Aimed for 5 - 5 1/2 hours and did 4.10 so really happy! Pair with Wendy, really good pace

From North Egmont, down to the wing bridge, up the kokowai track to the round the mountain track and down the razorback.

Went with Wendy and we pushed eachother at times, especially near the end. Was a good run.
