Sante Fe Trail run: first 2 hrs averaging 9:00 mile pace

last .5 hour at 08:20 mile pace ( felt like I was going faster than that, but that is what my gps read)

Long range road-barr camp- back down then did long range road again, back down back to car at waldo canyon parking lot. Got a lot of good up hill walking and down hill walking in today!

2 to 3 min hill runs up barr trail...30 sec rest then run down hard to starting point. repeat until 20 minutes total hill run complete.

easy run on ft carson...mix of road and flat trails
4 PM

cross training 1:00:00 [4]

40 min on stair climbers: 30 min of 100 steps per min with no hand support and 10 min of slow step. I made step on every other stair balancing one leg...then I do a faster interval (130 steps)

10 minutes on rowing maching ending a little 2000 Meters

stretch and cool down.

alternating miles between easy and marathon pace. ave marathon pace was 07:15 pace...done on track
