This week is killing me... too many holiday events. I normally take Mondays off as a rest day, so that was no problem, but we were also out late last night and tonight. The rest of the week will be the same. Even though I'm exhausted, I forced myself out tonight for a short run as I had already taken two days off in a row.
Obviously I just need to chill and go with the flow, but I also don't want to let things totally unravel. It's too easy to just skip a few days, then a week or two, and then lose all sense of consistency. Next week will be easier as I will be on holidays and will have more flexibility with my schedule.
Felt so bloated on my run. I need to stop eating everything in sight.
