	Pickup controls in NW - no compass, just map, close to a minute on each control to untie flag and punch and wrap for running. Lost a good 5 minutes on 7th control to pick up all the cups, empty the jugs and pack it suitably for running. Actually able to still run the last two while lugging all that crap with me..
