Ran 2 courses today. First I ran Course 2. I had a pretty good run except that two controls on that course were misplaced early on so I mp'd and my finish time didn't reflect my run.
Dad got back from running course 2 so we ran the first 5 legs of course 3 and grabbed the last control on our way to the finish. We ran out of time because "the boss" back home wanted us back between 1 and 1:15. I was pretty tired from my earlier course with all of the elevation gain. My top speed does not need to improve at all, in fact I still outrun contols occasionally, like at UW. What needs improvement is my running enderance, which will be helped by Cross Country at LWHS next year.
