Run warm up/down 10:00 [1]

Orienteering race 55:40 [3] **** 5.7 km (9:46 / km)
spiked:12/13c

District Champs Long H45. Once again just not in the right frame of mind for running today, but I decided I would start and just try to find some enjoyment. Didn't start well when I missed a couple minutes on the first control, but after a few more legs found myself really enjoying the fantastic terrain and interesting and well-set course. Didn't push at all and not particularly tired after finishing but after no 1 had a really clean run. Felt like a true recreational orienteer today, but that's not so bad!

Run warm up/down 15:00 [1]

Orienteering race 1:17:49 [3] **** 6.32 km (12:19 / km)
spiked:12/14c

District night-O champs H45. I had more or less decided to skip this earlier in the day, but Tone was going to run and really wanted me to join her so I went along. The fun of night-O got me semi-excited and I ran the first 5-6 controls OK. Then made a mistake on no 7 and just couldn't get going again. Lost interest and didn't feel like pushing. Lots of walking but at least good navigation didn't prolong the run.

I have no idea what is wrong but I am just not aving any fun :-(

Orienteering 44:14 [3] *** 5.7 km (7:46 / km)
spiked:22/25c

V65 Motionsorientering Mörmoskogen. Quite a shock to be back in nordic terrain, ran around like a decapitated chicken the first few controls. Ran OK for about the first 1/3 of the course then just died physically. Feel like I have something, i.e. cold, stress-reaction, whatever but it doesn't feel good. I'll see if a week-end of sleep and rest will help.
