I started off with biking, then went to the stairs and did the endurance and strenghting. Then i went and did arm and legs strenghting. finished with core.

We did a course inside the mulitplex. My ankle was a little sore. Map reading was easy. After we looked at the old saskatchwan sass peepre relay map and discussed route choice and atack points. I didnt tape my anlke .

20 minutes on cardio on the bike, 20 mintues on stairmaster and 20minutes on the elipticule. 20 minutes on weights for arms and legs. 20 minutes for core. 20 minutes on bike again.
