did figure of 8
went to river ran along river 4 about 2km
did a short 1 mile loop but just ran it
did the 2km bak slowly gettin faster beat angus nd was catchin daniel :o

we did some sprint nd i felt realyl dizzy nd sick dont think i ate enough so i sat out the last one.

went slowly got it right
was possibly a bit 2 slow but then did hav soem moments of speed. should really hav been under an hour a couple of small unesecary mistakes

I hate snow!! went for an easy run in the snow was frezzin felt like my lungs were away to just giv up on me.... was really tight nd sore knees took it easy but that still ment uber lung burnage in the cold.

was dead from day before just went out to get legs movin was all clean one 30 second mistake but otehr than that all good course was ridiculously easy mite as well hav been an orange but i wasnt complanin was tird so let my brain rest ...

was a lot shorter than expected and not very fun which i did expect was uber tired seein as got home from hol at 1 nite b4 nd my legs were really stiff from all the travellin but went 4 it anyway thout it wasnt to bad for my slowness

went out on last day just to spin legs and put the bikes back went out saw a bike race on our way.... had one last beast along the sea front for about 5k nd then got rid of the bikes

epic day went up to some col about 16k of gradual climb then down/up to another col where stopped for drink then up then down to a lake somehwere then back to the stoppin place then home again on the last 5k did a beats along the road bum was in agony by the end....

death.... went up big hill not too bad though cause not too many hair pins but a few steep bits overall not bad and did go bit slowly wasnt really sure of the gears...

oh yay circuits.. athletics circuits again more hell!!!!!! so did our horrible warm up practically sprintin up and down until you wanna die.... then more warm up stuff, then drill, then sprints, then cicuits yay

woooo a good run... was at forvie the marshes were epic like people eatin swamps :s very very tirin felt sik most of the way from breakfast of chocolate but no mistakes worth speakin of!!!!!!!!!
