First run from home in a while... steadyish through St George's Park, couple of loops of Troopers Hill and back weaving through St George's Park.... Bit muddy in places and got my shiny new trainers all dirty :-(

Cycling - Mountain Bike 1:15:00 [3]

Was going to do the Marin Trail at Gwdyr Forest, but it was so cold this morning (-7 degrees), too soon after breakfast and fancied something a bit easier, so heading over to Llnadegla... I just stuck to the red bits (there are little bits of black) which were pretty easy technically, but was good exercise as you could basically blast around..... First visit and could not believe how bust the car park was at 10AM... the trails didn't seem too bad though, so not sure where all the riders were, maybe in the skills area. I wouldn't go far out the way to visit again, but if I was passing I would stop off....
