Haven't run since last weekend. Just not enough hours in the day.

Goal was 5k @ 4:57/k. Not going to be likely with the hills and the heat, so speed was the #1 priority. 4:57/k as far as possible.
Gave up at 4.53 k, but it felt good. Totally knackered at the end.
A year ago HR max was 167 or so. Not sure if the ticker is getting better or worse at this point. Was definitely in barf territory at the end.
