Instead of surgery I'm doing a conservative physio treatment which really suits me better. As a human. Really hope it works out.
I'm going to monitor my physio on here and use the intensity to represent the pain/effort it takes to do them.
Exercises are simple.5 times a day straighten and clench your hands as much as you can 10 times. Currently hurts really bad.
