Wicklow is not dry anymore. Legs quite tired from Sorrell the other day. Tried to keep the running motion but it was hard.

Lovely run with Ruth around Sorrel. Pretty tired in the quads and achilles after gym this morning.

Really fun course that Ruairi planned. First four or so were uphill and the rest were flat or down. Suited my legs perfectly on the day. The top area was really fun to run on. My orienteering was pretty good today as well and the downhill was just excellent. 57mins for 5k 190climb. Not great but wasn't exactly pushing
