Went to the gym and did some strength work

Did the same as last week - running on the treadmill to get leg speed up. Ran really fast for 90 seconds and did that four times, with resting inbetween.
Got up to 17km/hr this week I think....
Running (warm up/down) 30:00 [2]
Cycled to the gym, spinning before and after the session and then a few minutes jogging after the treadmill.
