Biking 1:07:00 [3] 20.0 mi (3:21 / mi)

Rode at my house without the cord again because I really didn't want to run in the dark/cold after work. Watched the Lion King during it. Heart rate was around 130

Running tempo 19:20 [4] 3.5 mi (5:31 / mi)
shoes: Nike Lunaracer+ Blue

3 mile tempo, 6:00 rest, 4x200 at rep with 200m jog

17:14 - 5:45 5:47 5:42; 30 32 32 32

At RIT. Ran the tempo with Steve and I didn't feel that great. Probably because I didn't really warm up at all, he rushed me. Took a 6:00 rest because he did another mile and I gave him my watch. The 200s felt like an absolute breeze today. Felt really really smooth and was never breathing hard or tired

Running warm up/down 25:00 [3] 3.41 mi (7:20 / mi)

Biking 44:03 [3] 14.1 mi (3:07 / mi)
shoes: Nike Lunaracer+ Blue

I was really engrossed in a show about the killing of Bin Laden that I almost went 15 but stopped myself. Heart rate got up to 130 or so

Running intervals 13:27 [4] 2.5 mi (5:23 / mi)
shoes: Nike Lunaracer+ Blue

5x800 at tempo with :45 rest.

2:39 2:49 2:39 2:45 2:35

With all the snow I didn't even check to see if the track was clear, so I mapped out a route in Webster. The intervals were full half miles instead of 800s. The odds were a little downhill with the wind at my back and the evens were up a long incline with a decent headwind. I felt pretty good today.
Here is the route: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=5768406

Running warm up/down 15:00 [3] 2.05 mi (7:19 / mi)
shoes: Nike Lunaracer+ Blue

Warmed up for ten minutes, then got maybe 600m into my cool down and my leg gave out twice, but there wasn't a lot of pain, so I just turned around

Biking 42:00 [3] 13.0 mi (3:14 / mi)
shoes: Nike Lunaracer+ Blue

Stationary bike in my basement. I didn't have the cord so I just blindly rode. I'm assuming it was around 13 miles

Running 9:14 [4] 2.0 mi (4:37 / mi)
shoes: Nike Lunaracer+ Blue

1000 at tempo, 200 jog, 800 at interval, 400 jog, 600 at rep(ish), 400 jog, 400 at rep, 200 jog, 2x200 at fast with 200 jog

3:20, 2:32, 1:45, 67, 30, 30

I went to the track today to find much of the backstretch covered in ice and snow, so I cleared it off. It was awful. It took me ~40 minutes to do so I was pretty spent before I even started the workout. I felt pretty good once I started but my legs were heavy. The track was still slick and a little snowy and it was very windy. I'm happy with this effort except for the 600, but it was pretty terrible out

Running 30:00 [3] 4.0 mi (7:30 / mi)
shoes: Nike Lunaracer+ Blue
