Kevin helping with coaching which was great! Lots of drills then some loops. UP to +4 by the time we finished our 2 hr lesson

a double class to do another make-up for the four I will miss in March. First class was the usual 'gentle' but second included flying dragons and ploughs! A lot more work! My feet were cramping at first and later my quads. But ok in the second class.
