Unplanned rest day. Lacked motivation and nice weather. Scrapping this week and starting over Monday morning.

2 x 800...tried to do the speedwork I had missed on Thursday, but was just not feeling right. I think I set out too soon after lunch. Lesson learned. Will restructure next week's plans to make sense going into Pittsburgh.
