Warm up run through Corsee and Brathens woods (in glorious sunshine) and down to Burnett park. Back a similar route for cool down after session. Ran out of steam a bit on the way home
Trail running intervals 16:25 [5] 3.5 mi (4:41 / mi)
Grass session, 4 x (200, 400, 800). Jog recovery of 200m after the 200s and 400m after the 400s and 800s. Felt pretty good, best session yet on the grass but probably because its slightly drier. Grass still soft and boggy, feet wet after first 200m of running!
