Was feeling way too tired to do a morning session so went for an after work session. After having done exercise 3 days in a row didn't really want to do it but got out there and felt better for it. Let's see if I can keep up this amount of exercise per week for the next 5 weeks. Having the week off after anaconda

Best run so far. Only different thing I did was run the route in the opposite direction. Tried my new compression pants on felt really good afterwards. Recovery time was shorter

Went for the run walk option again and it seemed to work really well not quite as fast as the Saturday run but recovery time was much shorter can feel it getting a little bit easier every time
The start of the ride was nice and quiet but the wind picked up half way throhgh. Didn't push myself was quite a relaxing ride

Wind picked up heaps for the ride home but pushed myself a little and managed to shave off three minutes off my morning time. Even though I'm on a mountain would love to get under the 25 minute mark. Next goal
