6 x 400m (footy oval) in 2'30'' time periods. Each interval was about 1:46-1:51 so approx 40 secs walking recovery. It was really tough - especially the last 2!
Ran with Susie at lunch and did intervals near boat house. 1 x 5', 2x1', 2x3' with 1' jog recovery after each. Was tough but great to back doing intervals! Yay
