Mt Pleaseant, wetlands, coffee at Art Gallery in Member's Lounge. Felt a bit fashion conscious in my nice lycra riding gear... walked through gallery afterwards.

Orienteering race 1:02:20 [3] 6.6 km (9:27 / km)

40th Anniversary of orienteering in ACT. Ran a 6.6km course on a black and white map with 4 inches = 1 mile. It seemed very much like rogaining and forced me to read contours and watercourses. Had probs with 6 and couldn't find knoll right next to track. Assumed start & finish were the same and raced back to start - only to find that I had raced past the finish and lost about 2 mins...
