Lake G Parkrun with vision impaired Liz. Starting out on her running career at the tender age of 57, we opted for the 1min on/off strategy. Liz was also at the tail end of a cold and we decided for a first attempt at Parkrun to go slow so future PBs will come easy.

couldn't resist the beautiful weather after a week of wet conditions and headed out for a wee run from Forest Park Riding School while Annabelle was riding.
Normal loop with Coach Maggie who dragged me along and inspired me to do some speed efforts. Did an extra loop at the end to run to Bundel's hill and get some extra climb in. Lovely morning.
ACT League at Picaree Hill
Lovely day for some fun orienteering. Did fine most of the course except for 2 legs that I stuffed completely. Managed to hit a track and start running the wrong way (really fast) before coming to a screeching halt and reassessing the situation... took a really lousy bearing in the vague area near the end and lost about 5 mins stuffing around. Really annoyed with moi because I did not stop and relocate. When will I learn!!
