Test riding an E-bike that we are currently borrowing. It is definitely sooo much easier to make progress but somehow I still managed to be late for work. Couldn't believe I was still overtaken by 2 cyclists. I was pedalling but obviously not very hard ;)

Normal Wednesday plod to pines and back. Didn't feel speedy but will all the strength and conditioning work I am doing I am gradually improving my time. Right foot and left hammy still not happy ...

Achilles Running Group - guided Lindy around Lake G with 4 x 1k efforts. Managed to do last one in 5:04. Nice morning.
