Today turned into a rest day with a ton of homework taking over the day.
Weekly Goal: Recovery week. Lots of fun, easy session and keep core running.

Before dinner. Would like to have gone longer, but just not enough hours in the day today. Feeling completely recovered from whatever was up last night.

A few cms of fresh snow on the way home. Slow, but very fun.

Note

Thought about going for short run, but a bit tired and my knee seemed to be sore after dinner. Strange. Better take it easy for tomorrow.

Tought to get going and felt tired at the beginning, but great at the end.

3x2min intervals. Super intense. Felt like I could've done more, but general tiredness not good - don't want to overdo things this week.

Ski - Classic (Classic) 1:25:00 [2]

Fantastic ski at Windsor with Jamie. Felt like we could've gone much longer, but getting late.

Strength/Core 23:00 [1]

Full circuit minus squats. Quads feeling a bit thrashed from the week. Otherwise good.

Morning ski in wet, near-blizzard conditions. Awesome.

Felt great on the warm down. -9/-21 WC

0:35 deep snow + 0:40 snowy roads. Legs felt quite dead and a bit slow for the latter. A bit sore left hamstring by the end. Good run.

Strength/Core 25:00 [1]

Quite tired muscles, but finished workout strong.

Legs not sore, but a bit tired. Taking it easy today for a good hard week.
Weekly Focus: Back up to 13 hours for an easy following week. Stretch, stretch stretch!
