Running intervals 1:10:00 [4] 5.2 mi (13:28 / mi)
shoes: PureCadence

6x400 on the track. Warmed up to the track, stretched then completed intervals. Much better and faster than last time. Completed them in: 1:31, 1:30, 1:33, 1:30, 1:30, 1:30. With 2 min rest between each. They were hard, surprised i was able to hold this pace, equals a 6 min/mile. Jogged home, then took Nyla for a short walk. Ran ran the intervals with me.

Green Mountain: Started a the dog park TH and ran towards the pedestrian bridge over 470. Went up the jeep road and ran as mush as i could at the base, didn't last long and was soon doing a slow hike. Continued onto the Rooney Valley Trail back to the truck. Ran with Nyla, started to feel tired. Left hip flexor got sore and fatigued.

Running 35:00 [3] 3.5 mi (10:00 / mi)
shoes: Ravenna 3-1

Legs were much heavier than I thought they would be today, didn't feel great. More of a shuffle pace, plus the dog was pushing it too hard.

4X400. Ran warm-up to the track then ran 4X400 repeats with no standard rest time. Then cool-down run home. 2:05, 1:38, 1:41, 1:41. Not great times, but a start.
