Ran with Ryan and Brad Williams on the same loop as the week before. My legs felt weak, even on the more flat stuff.

Went to Willow Springs, jogged over to the Whale Watch climb, then hiked up it and ran down. Did 4 repeats of this. Legs started to feel better by the end, but could not have ran up the hills.
