Walked 5, then jogged 5 to warm up. then 4 x 4 at tempo pace with 2 min recoveries (1 walk, 1 jog). Warm up around 7:50-7:44 pace, hitting 6:40-6:33 on the intervals.

Aiming for 6:40, pretty solid. Still no HRM; should come in today.

Zach shoved a rock up his nose big enough that it wouldn't come out and would bleed every time he sneezed. H dropped G off C's and I bailed out of work early to go pick him up. Trip to the ER and can't find the rock. Doc's guess is that he sneezed it out on the trip down. And now we wait for the ER bill. $$$$

VASA 3 x 30 +26 on straps. Level one, no band.

Run 1:01:00 [3] 6.97 mi (8:45 / mi) +177ft 8:33 / mi

Aerobic plus 6 x :30 strides work PT. Out and back on the bike path from the office, just hit the start of Hall Road before time to flip. No HRM, so just going off feel and pace. Started the strides at the 40 min mark, then jogged it in. :30 sec recoveries as :15 walk, :15 jog. Aiming for 6:40 pace, but seeing more like 6:10.

in the garage on the trainer. Zwift couldn't upload - really glad I had the Garmin running at the same time.

Warmed up for 10 mins @ 174w max, then roe the middle 1 hour at 186w with 6 x 4 threshold (219w) with 2 min recoveries. Still no HRM, so purely going off watts.

233, 227, 226, 229, 225, 225

New gold 30 min w and w/kg.

4 x 1k off the bike, then easy to make the time. Around the hood = hilly.
