Not very prepared or warmed up but managed to get to the start and make my way through to the front of the start group just in time. Didn't feel great but not too bad. Happy with the time, think this is my pb

Centrum Team Sprint, Nybyhovshöjden
Ran first and third leg in a team with Cat. Didn't feel great running and the area was very hilly but I did what I could. Orienteered ok and handed over with a bit of a gap which got a bit bigger after each leg. A couple of questionable route choices but mostly good. Fun, tricky courses!

Little jog with Josh, feeling rubbish!

Has been feeling very tired and unfocused at work and have had a lingering headache for a few days now. However I've felt good running and like there's nothing wrong there but today I just felt awful. Went to the doctors today and I hope I get some good answers on the blood tests next week!
