the other team was quick. We did ok on offense but were slow on the transition to defense. I was playing easy to be sure I didn't re-injure my hamstring.

Walking the courses for Rockburn sprints. Fine tuning some of the vegetation areas and mapping some small section of woods. First course should be a lot of fun. 2nd course is mostly trail and good 2nd course.

My hamstring is still a little sore so I said I would play goalie instead of on the field.
While warming up- people were taking shots and i made a quick lunge to one side and hurt it again. I still played this way. It was suppose to be an easy game against a bad team but the ref cheats for this other team.

Last game of the session. We were playing one of the better teams. As usaual, we had 13 people there so I gots lots of playing time. During the 2nd half I made a quick start to keep up with the opposing team and strained my hamstring again. I subbed off the first chance I got. I wasn't as bad as last time. My team lost 3-1.

Today it was over 100 outside so playing indoor soccer without AC was hot. I ran hard but had to sub because I was tired which was unusual. My team lost again.
