can't tell whether my coughs getting better or worse, but walked all the way to the dentists then into town which took over an hour then lotssss of shopping and i felt ok :)
at the foundry, doing alex-style stamina reps on the top ropes. nice and easy as i've done nothing but bouldering for ages. 5x4+ 4x5 4x5 1x5+ no rest between the reps but belaying mum between each set.
got myself a training plan for next year done. bring itttt :D

sore throat is preventing me from running :( so just did the usual core, with added weights and wobble board. found the old priest from across the road looking into my room as i was doing squats on the wobble board - how embarassing! :') hope to be back running tomorrow!
i feel so lazy - everyone else is back on proper training now. will be back home soon and i'm going to do a proper periodised training plan for next year :)
