can't tell whether my coughs getting better or worse, but walked all the way to the dentists then into town which took over an hour then lotssss of shopping and i felt ok :)

at the foundry, doing alex-style stamina reps on the top ropes. nice and easy as i've done nothing but bouldering for ages.

no rest between the reps but belaying mum between each set.

sore throat is preventing me from running :(
so just did the usual core, with added weights and wobble board. found the old priest from across the road looking into my room as i was doing squats on the wobble board - how embarassing! :')
hope to be back running tomorrow!

i feel so lazy - everyone else is back on proper training now. will be back home soon and i'm going to do a proper periodised training plan for next year :)
