On Sunday, Hannah and I stared out at the weird white haze that made seeing even a block away difficult. It looked like a "white out" from inside a blizzard but as it turns out it's just the pollution. So bad that they had to reroute and cancel more than 200 flights at the airport on Monday.

Began this in a pair of Keds with the intention to just jog hike my way around the neighborhood and Olympic hill but never really slowed down. Had a particularly good time on the Olympic bike mountain bike trails on the north side of the hill, pounding through the narrow trails and intermittent stone paths.
Running trails is a blast. Enough so that I yanked, halfway through, my earbuds out so that I could listen to the sound of my breathing and the swoosh of evergreen limbs as I wound around the corners. More please.

More relaxation preliminaries. My head was a little hyperactive. Overstuffed with what is on my plate at the moment but my bodies gets to a state of relaxation, a warm generalized state, sooner than ever. I think it's a little progress.

Hard push/sprints to the Electrical Grid office to recharge our card after the power went out. Arrived at 5:56pm only to find out that they are, in fact, open 24 hours. Hey, you got something to drink in here? Oh never mind and a walk home.
