shoes: Grid Cohesion

Ran a little loop with Laura at Sudden Tract. There are some subtle contour features in this park. I found it hard to envision these features, and reading these details was difficult. Knee ok.

Hiking on the Bruce Trail with Dan and Paul. We started just north of Speyside, and ended north of limehouse. Fantastic weather: very sunny. I was quite tired and a little sore after this. Parts of the hike were through some pretty deep snow. My knee was sore on the hills.

My right knee cap is painful today. I've done so little running in the past month, I don't see how this could be an overuse injury. Maybe I need to get back to my stretching routine. Hopefully, it isn't anything serious. Iced it.
