went back out and got the last five controls I missed....was going to jog ... but legs and knee were dead ....but got a good workout by just hilking...this is the most time running hiking I have done since summer....and it shows.....now if the inj's can stop ..I can get back to some hard workouts...but it was a nice day in the woods...
