Went down to the hills to scout a practice adventure race course. Will have to get someone to run through it with me, as I'll need someone to sit in a pub with me during the event.

Lots of hills. twas fun. Would have knocked a half hour off the time if i hadn't decided to climb up the north downs and ride down on a flat tire. On all the turns kept feeling the rubber start to pull off the rim.

Trying to make it a three hour course, so 3.5 isn't bad, being as it'll be rogaine, and some people will be faster than me, others will drop some points.
