10:00 warmup, 20 min tempo w/ every 5th minute hard, 3 min recovery jog, 6 min hard, 2 min recovery jog, 3 x 2 min hard w/ 1 min recovery jog, 20 min cooldown... Felt pretty good, week of mileage starting to accumulate a little, but feeling very solid and strong, not sharp, but strong. Really got after it on the final minute of the tempo and the two minute pieces, felt good to run fast. :)
