Really good fun on the Monasl Trail with Charl, we had an adventure finding it, and the start consisted of 3 attempted tempo efforts aborted after we:
1. Ran down the wrong path to the trail
2. Ran into a field of cows
3. Ended up a ridiculously steep hill

WU to gym - HR seems to be way off again, it definitely didn't get this high... I don't know whats wrong with it.... Any suggestions? (I have put a fresh battery in and checked for software updates)
