What a numpty , usual dreadful middle distance run for me
Slow up to 1 ,2,unsettled with rhododendron bushes , then way too low on 4 , then went awol on 5? Did not look at compass wandered down hill fenced off cliff , off to 5 in the end , 6 then went to 8 why ? After brain started working
All dreadful as I toiled up to the finish was not keen for tomorrow
Lost 2 mins 5 4 mins 7 and more

JK sprints sun out , we had gone through terrible rain but it did not arrive in Loughborough
Steady run no problems except delayed at 4 to recheck code which was poor
Slightly slow route choices
Main problem not fit air hunger from 10 very slow finish up hill to second to last control showed as hammered in second place , competition ill injured mispunched and not entered so an unrepeatable result

Easy session laps and a 1 km vig vag Andrew injured , me rest before JK why ? But anyway rest tomorrow but is there any point not trained properly for 5 months legs still sore but improving will be lucky to get two events done

15 secs warm ups the 4 times 30 secs then 6 times a minute 4/59 pace then last two 4-30 hamstrings were pulling a bit watch out

Andrew now injured his knee so walked in playing field with him to keep him company, had jogged two laps

Run with dogs awful weather cold and windy, how does the wind manage to be one face on the way out and back still legs less sore so pleased and when we were running pace a bit faster
