the ball of my foot would feel a little sore and kind of hot, but only when i ran. I changed out shoes and that helped a lot. since it hurts when you don't run but not when you run maybe you should run more not less! like my knee was really sore last night, but on my run this morning it felt fine, and now i still feel it a little on the stairs, but the running seems to have helped. (you could really get in trouble listening to me though)

hmmm. ... so to push the logic further, if I never stop running, my foot would never hurt! Just kidding. You have a good point.

I also suspect that my work shoes are to blame again. When they were brand new, they helped, but they're rather thin soled and a little worn now. I'm going to put some good inserts in them and see if they help out. I'd definitely rather run than ride a stationary bike.

I was hoping you'd see it that way. if i stopped running every time something hurt, i would hardly ever run.

work shoes are horrible! and neckties. Unhealthy! so glad I dont have to wear those anymore.

I agree about work shoes, and am very glad I don't wear neckties.

As Thoreau said, beware jobs that require new clothes!
