Not bad, you won 11 splits :) However, it wasn't quite enough ... :)
one speed work early this week is enough, later in the week easy runs, swimming, easy bike (bike is least desirable). Long travel is enough stress for the body.
Yeah, let's do some repeats tomorrow followed by 2 easy runs before travel.
I did easy bike and brick already
