felt pretty good until about 40 minutes in, then my foot suddenly started hurting. hurt after the run also.

at vaughn hill. arch felt tight again at the beginning, and better after 10 minutes or so.

despite hurting a little on the road at the beginning, my arch felt surprizingly good for most of the run, which was on nice soft (from rain) trails around vaughn hill.

I'm trying a little experiment to wear my heel-less adidas sandals more often around the house and office, the idea being that it's exercise for the arch to hold them on. and they seem to have good support anyways, so we'll see how that goes.
