Happy that I didn't finish in the bottom quartile this time! Yay! Finished faster than 30% of women my age, and better than 29% of women overall. That 30 minute 5k is in sight...
Contrast that with my first 5k (and first race ever) a year ago when I only finished faster than 5.5% of women my age, and 5.5% of women overall.
Happy with the improvement I have made thus far. Onward and upward, God willing.
