No computer (drowned) so guessing stats

Felt a little tired and achey after prev day's ride. Started mellow and built up intensity, but mostly just enjoyed the ride. Z2 with a few Z3/Z4 efforts. Cranked up a big hill from the lagoon W of town and felt GREAT about power, also beat a fit looking person up the hill. So that was cool.

By the end of the ride, aches were gone and I felt just awesome.

I am guessing at some data because my 705 fell into Victoria inner harbour. This was a hard ride, mostly because I didn't eat enough before the ride and was running out of energy when I hit the big hills. I did eat 600 calories worth of mojo bars, but it wasn't enough.

Felt ok on the ride - not super strong, but ok. There were some VERY steep climbs, back side of munn road was >20% gradient.

Before Munn, kept in Mid Z2 except for climbs.

Saw substantial HR drift at end of ride - went from 180W/145BPM to 150W/145BPM over the course of the ride - substantial drop.

Also need to drink more water . . .

I read "accumulate 30 mins climbing" and "get into Z4 on climbs" as "30 mins climbing in Z4" so I went and did repeats maintaining Z4 on the climbs, 34 mins worth. I will add my 30 min commute to work into this to make the 2 hrs (I will do the commute in Z2)

Amazingly, I got 8 hrs last night. Cool.

Feel much better than yesterday, though still some phlegm, etc. Muscles feel fine - no soreness.

Will try to get some crunches/stretching/pushups in today.

Looking forward to hills tomorrow morning.

Was very sick during this ride - headache, nausea, fatigue. Cut ride a little short as a result.
