Second day of Lubrecht wedding festivities. I drew a middle distance course and tried to take it at close to race pace. Didn't feel great, but orienteered ok for the most part. Unfortunately, leaving the *last* control, I crunched my ankle pretty hard and limped the rest of the way in. It's pretty sore and swollen the next day. Not ideal, with Nationals just a few weeks away.

Orienteering intervals at Lubrecht with Jan. I made six intervals, between 600-1200 m each. For most of them, Jan had one more control than I did. We took turns mass starting and chasing each other. It was a really good session, and we were very close on several of them. I felt sharper and more in control of my orienteering as the session went on.
